Robert D. Langsfeld
Robert Langsfeld is a Partner in The Corporate Solutions Group®. He has over 25 years of experience in business, which includes Vice President of Finance for The Titan Corporation and General Dynamics, working for several of the major CPA firms, and other senior financial management positions.He has been a consultant for twelve years, and specializes in Travel Management, and the automation of corporate travel processes to maximize travel procurement. He has helped design several T& E systems, corporate travel databases and reporting systems, as well as pre-trip processing and reporting systems for corporations.
Langsfeld provides assistance in travel management, including policy and practices, as well as corporate culture of the company, agency selection, integration and system design for travel information, credit and charge card selection, travel and entertainment expense report processing and the integration of the information for the accounting and cost ledgers of the company.
Bob is active with a number of associations and groups, which include being a charter member of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, the National Business Travel Association, and the Society of Travel Agents in Government. He is a member of various association committees, such as The NBTA Technology Committee, The Government Contractors Committee, The Allied Council's of several of the organizations, and the Suppliers Committee, representing all of the suppliers throughout the travel industry. He has been chairman of several of these committees throughout the past twelve years.
Bob has a B.A. degree in Management from Long Island University, and an M.B.A. in International Finance from Temple University. He has taught finance and international business courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of San Diego and National University. He is widely written and quoted in various travel and management publications, and is a frequent lecturer on travel management. He has also been identified as being "One of the 25 most influential executives in the travel industry," by Business Travel News.

Robert H. Lichtman
Bob Lichtman is a Partner in The Corporate Solutions Group® and has over 23 years experience in various phases of the travel industry. Most recently, he was the Global Travel Manager for 3Com Corporation. Prior to that he served for 8 eight years as the Corporate Travel Manager for SynOptics Communications and Bay Networks, now Nortel Networks. He was the first Corporate Travel Manager in the computer networking industry. Previous to that he spent 12 years managing two large San Francisco Bay Area travel agencies and worked for the United Airlines' Apollo Travel Services division, assigned to technical support responsibilities.Lichtman has been responsible for the development and operation of corporate travel programs for businesses of various sizes and scope. At Bay Networks and 3Com Corporation, he developed the travel programs for both companies, taking Bay Networks' program that began at a modest $2 million and shaping it into a global program where total Travel & Entertainment expenses exceeded $40 million. As the Global Travel Manager for 3Com, he managed a diverse worldwide program where travel expenses exceeded $150 million.
Lichtman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and attended San Jose State University's School of Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. He has taught college level Business courses and holds a lifetime teaching credential in California.
Lichtman is recognized as a leader in the travel industry by his peers, having served the National Business Travel Association (NBTA) membership as a Member of the Board of Directors. In addition, he has served on the NBTA's Technology Committee for the past 8 years. He is also a member of the Silicon Valley Business Travel Association.
Lichtman is also recognized as a spokesman for the corporate travel industry and has been a presenter at numerous seminars and panels throughout the world. He has also been quoted in many business travel-related articles for some of the world's leading newspapers and periodicals including, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, USA Today, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Toronto Globe and Mail, and Business Travel News.

Judie M. Shyman
Judie Shyman brings 20 years of experience to The Corporate Solutions Group®. Most recently Judie served as the Manager of Travel, Training and Employee Services for Marconi Aerospace Systems, Inc. where she directed the corporation's travel program and was responsible for establishing the travel budget, negotiating supplier relationships, developing travel cost-containing programs, and evaluating travel services for changing corporate needs.In addition to her years of experience in business travel management, Shyman has been recognized for her leadership within the industry. In 1999, she received the NBTA President's Award, the highest organizational award of the National Business Travel Association, of which she is the immediate Past President. She served as the President of the NBTA's Chapter President's Council, chaired the association's Government Contractors Committee, and participated as a member of the NBTA's Technology Committee.
In addition, Shyman served as the 1998-99 Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and served as the organization's liaison to the International Business Travel Association. She is also co-founder and Past President of the Long Island Business Travel Association.
She is a recognized spokesperson for the corporate travel industry and has been a featured speaker throughout the United States and abroad. In 1996, Shyman was selected as one of Business Travel News' 'Top 25' Most Influential Executives and was a recipient of the Business Travel Professional Service Award in 1992.
Shyman received her B.A. from Brooklyn College and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Adelphi University. In addition, Shyman received her Certified Corporate Travel Executive designation from Cornell University.

John Fazio
John Fazio is a Partner in The Corporate Solutions Group® and has over 25 years experience in various phases of the travel industry. For seven years, he served as Corporate Travel Manager for Mitsubishi Electronics America, Inc. For the 16 years previous to that, he held management positions with two of America's largest travel management companies. During that period, he was responsible for the development of strategic operating plans for a number of major clients of those agencies.Fazio has been responsible for the set-up and operation of corporate travel programs for businesses ranging from lower volume highly travel intensive companies to global corporations with multi-national travel programs. At Mitsubishi, Fazio developed their travel program and grew its size from providing service to one core company with a travel volume of under $3 million to an integrated travel operation consisting of 8 Mitsubishi subsidiaries and affiliated companies with travel and entertainment budgets in excess of $30 million. Mitsubishi has retained him on a long-term contract to provide management services as their travel program continues to grow.
Fazio holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and has completed course work as a Masters Degree Candidate in Business Administration at Pepperdine University.
Fazio also has been recognized as a leader in the travel industry by his peers, having served the National Business Travel Association (NBTA) membership as their first elected Vice President / Treasurer. He has served on a number of their committees and has also chaired the NBTA Technology Committee which is one of its standing committees and which is charged with the review of technology relative to the travel industry. He is the co-founder and served as President of the Orange County Business Travel Association of California.
Fazio is also recognized as a spokesman for the corporate travel industry and has been a featured presenter at numerous seminars and panels throughout the United States and abroad.

Ed Gurowitz
Ed Gurowitz has spent over 20 years on the front lines of organizational transformation.As a business professional, Ed brings 20 years of experience in management and consulting, including nine years as founder and leader of a consulting firm that grew to $5+ million in revenues in the first three years. Consulting with CEOs and top executives of organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, he has facilitated the creation of strategic plans, vision and mission statements, and organizational re-engineering plans to achieve specific goals. Providing new thinking models and coaching to executive teams, he has assisted corporations in returning the company to leadership in creativity and innovation in order to capture markets, in focusing resources toward targeted goals, in designing matrix-based operations to improve productivity, and in instituting cultural change. His documented successes include doubling sales, order of magnitude profit increases, and cost reductions.
Ed is a leading-edge thinker in the area of leadership, management, and organizational design. The author of two books, The Molecular Basis of Memory and the forthcoming Growing Up: It's Not Just for Kids Anymore and numerous articles on clinical psychology, organizational psychology, and management, he has specialized for the past 15 years in leadership development, strategy consulting, and executive mentoring and coaching. He has been a coach and mentor to CEOs and upper-level executives of Fortune 500 firms as well as small businesses and startup companies.
Ed Gurowitz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a doctorate in psychology from the University of Rochester. He also holds the Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM) certification from the National Bureau of Certified Consultants. He is on the Boards of several companies and also of a number of non-profit organizations.

Josephine L. Ursini, Esq.
Josephine "Jo" Ursini has over 25 years experience in government contracts, including positions as Director of Contract Claims for Price Waterhouse's Government Contractor Consulting Service, and as in-house Contracts Counsel for SatoTravel, a major government travel management company now a unit of Navigant International, Inc.Jo provides both pre-award and post-award counsel regarding procurements conducted by federal civilian and military agencies. During the procurement phase, Jo provides assistance with pre-proposal questions and concerns, and representation in GAO protests. Post-award, Jo also assists clients with negotiation of confidentiality agreements, development of cost accounting systems, negotiation of subcontracts, and preparation of claims for equitable adjustments.
Jo has prepared Congressional testimony, appeared before the House Small Business Committee, and has provided numerous "white papers" on behalf of clients and industry organizations with regard to major federal procurements. She has been qualified as an expert witness in Federal Court, and quoted in major publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, Government Executive, Federal Times, and the Travel Weekly. She has also been a regular speaker for the Society of Government Travel Professionals (SGTP), as well as the National Contract Management Association.
Jo has an undergraduate degree from Boston College and a J.D. (1977) from New York University School of Law. Following a clerkship at the Trial Division of the then U.S. Court of Claims in 1977-1978, she was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Kampelman in Washington, D.C., and a Principal in Dickstein, Shapiro and Morin (D.C.). She also has been counsel with Hogan & Hartson (D.C.); and Of Counsel to Roberts & Hundertmark (MD). management personnel.
